The staff member I dealt with was rude, impatient, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience simply for asking a question. At first, I genuinely thought I might just be too sensitive or that I had caught someone on a bad day. However, after reading other reviews, I realised my experience was far from unique. It seems many customers have encountered the same attitude and poor level of service. Good customer service costs nothing, and there is simply no excuse for treating people with such disrespect. Sadly, I will not be returning and would not recommend this branch based on my experience.
