I had a very disappointing experience at this Post Office. The staff member I dealt with was rude, impatient, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience simply for asking a question.
At first, I genuinely thought I might just be too sensitive or that I had caught someone on a bad day. However, after reading other reviews, I realised my experience was far from unique. It seems many customers have encountered the same attitude and poor level of service.
Good customer service costs nothing, and there is simply no excuse for treating people with such disrespect. Sadly, I will not be returning and would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Except the elderly lady and elderly man at the other counter. It’s better to walk to a further post office than to come here. In addition they lost my package.

I read the reviews but decided to try anyway. I wanted to post my parcel to France. I was told it would cost £78 after spending time going through the address etc so I told him to cancel and left. No point was I asked what service I wanted and it's impossible to know what is on the screen. I've just ordered a collection from royal mail online for £15. I find it so weird that they are rude and try charge for everything when obviously it's only making people avoid the shop more. The reviews are awful seem a fair representation of the post office.

AVOID!!!
I went to send a medium size parcel weighing in at 4.5 kg. The man says they don't accept parcels over 4 kgs.
When he was challenged, he accepted to take it but tried to over charge me.
Then he said he can't print a label so will not accept the parcel.
I just walked away.
Not the first time it happened.
I lived in the area for over 8 years and my family always report of same issues for over charging and not accepting parcels for different reasons.
AVOID!!!

The person behind the counter this morning was chatting to the customer he was serving, pausing in what he was doing, oblivious to the queue building up, waiting to be served. We didn’t matter to him.
This wasn’t a social occasion, more service please.
