I was also charged more than expected for sending a simple letter, which left me with little confidence in the service. I won't be returning and would recommend using a different Post Office if you can.
- SMSara MJul 24, 20265.0Five stars isn't enough for this wonderful Post Office! The entire team goes above and beyond, but a huge special shout-out to Ayasmita and Menaka. These two fabulous ladies are absolute gems—they are so patient, kind, and truly bend over backwards to help vulnerable customers with genuine care and compassion. On top of their outstanding customer service, their in-house photo lab is absolutely amazing! The quality of their photography services is top-tier, fast, and reliable. They have wonderful toys and stationary and my little one loves her trips to the post office. Also, their in-house service for Evri and other courier services is the cherry on the top . It is so rare to find a place that combines true community care with such professional, high-quality services. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do—you are an absolute asset to the community! Thank you from the bottom of proton of my heart.
- TTTSJul 23, 20261.0I had to send my old passport to the passport office and the staff insisted that it had to be done using £9.90 Special Delivery. They told me that sending it by recorded delivery was not safe enough, even though it’s advised by the passport office to use recorded delivery. In the end, I sent it by second-class recorded delivery for £2.91 and it was delivered safely. Don’t let yourself be pressured into paying extra for a service you don’t need - it feels like a scam, although I am sure it wasn’t malicious, just unprofessional similarly to the situation with driving license renewal application mentioned in one of the previous reviews.
- DDD DDJul 22, 20261.0Over 40 minutes waiting for a simple application check because there clearly aren’t enough staff. The Post Office is a complete joke in every aspect. Absolutely unacceptable. Edit : they don't do any application check! Useless post office.
