Shocking service by the man at the till! Not surprised by the amount of negative comments in here and I’m sure nothing will be done but he is just nasty! Even tapping his rings on the table like talking to a small child!

Incredibly rude and arrogant middle-aged man at this 354 post office branch! first time I have been in this store and served by him. So rude and unprofessional. It was like he was doing a favour while interacting with customers.
He's clearly not fit or trained to do his job properly and how to treat customers.
Avoid, avoid ,avoid!

Unfortunately this post office branch do not accept returns that have QR codes to scan/print (which meant hauling three big boxes back home...).
Also didn't receive the best service either - felt extremely rushed which meant that the service came across rude and unhelpful. I have come in half an hour before you close so please respect that you are still open until then, and think about your customer service as that is still important until you close for the day.
Last time I went in there was a lovely and friendly lady who served me and I am sure she would not have acted so rudely!
Appreciate the pressures currently but do not let your standards drop just because there are new measures in place. Customer service is still just as important.
