- SMShady Mcduff4 days ago1.0If you can, please avoid this post office at all costs unless you want to be disrespected on the verge of verbal abuse. I can understand people having bad days but these people are having a bad life at this point. I’ve lived here 3 years and not even one time have I been in there without hearing them shout at or be extremely rude of dismissive to another customer or myself. I wince when I get to the counter waiting to hear if today I have the 50% chance they’ll actually let me send my parcel or not, for no valid reason other than them just wanting to make someone miserable. It’s always the same rude woman with glasses and I feel like she’s started egging on all her coworkers to be as horrible as humanly possible. I don’t understand how she has managed to keep her job after years of abuse and overcharging people/ holding their parcels hostage/ refusing to send items. It is literally beyond me as the second you go to the post office down the road from this, there is never any issue and they are able to send your package straight away.

When I politely asked for her name so I could make a complaint, she refused to provide it. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had simply gone to the Post Office to pay a bill and make a money transfer, but the service I received was far below the standard I would expect. No customer should be treated in this manner when carrying out routine transactions. I hope management looks into this incident and reminds staff of the importance of treating customers with courtesy and respect.
