Asked me to bring the bank statements for dbs verification as my brp was older then 18 months . I went with bank statements and now telling me u have to change it online as well first. I mean why can't u tell me this last time . As I am reading some other people reviews looks like so many other people are not happy with that lady. For some people its first time going through these things but she deals with stuff like this everyday there is no harm in guiding them. Even last time she was sending me to barclays bank to get stamped statements she knew barclays dont stamped the statements anymore . Feels like she loves to waste ur time.
