Operationally they seem organised, despite the limited space, and I've never had an issue with a parcel being lost here, so can't fault the service. However, in my opinion, the interior could do with a revamp and in hot weather, they've nsisted on keeping the front door shut, which makes it really unpleasant to breathe inside the shop due to the smell. I also think that the opening times are quite limited, and I do occasionally go to the post office a little farther away which has extended opening hours.
