For the past year I go almost daily. Workers are either very friendly, or very good at their job. Either or, i never had any issues here.

Headline - Pointless. Utter comedy outfit.
Went here despite the reviews (including the obviously fake 5* one!) and quickly realised they were all accurate.
Having stood and waited while shop customers were served first (cramped Post Office counter looks like it’s an afterthought), I was told parcels can’t be accepted because it’s a bank holiday weekend.
Sorry. What?
Queried this as would they would be collected after the bank holiday which was fine, the response was, ‘well, we’re not taking parcels today’ (not that they can’t, they’d chosen not to). No apology. No nothing.
Don’t see the point of this place if they’re not going to offer a proper service (wonder if you can buy a stamp here?). Totally undeserving of 1* even.

Rating wise He doesn’t deserve to get even 1start! Very Rude and unprofessional behaviour. First, learn about handling customer service because You have o.oooo politeness and discipline on you. I just asked how long do I have to wait to be served as I was the first customer there! you don't reply customer by saying if you Don't want to wait then you can go from here despite me being the first customer there he keeps serving other people and reply me back with such an attitude. Arrogant and mannerless! Not going to use this post office ever again! 👎🏼
