Go to Fulham Road Post Office (across from Kanari). They provide service with a smile and want to help and service you.

I walked for 20 minutes in the snow to this store to be told that I should not have bought my parcel in because it was too big. I explained to the man behind the counter that the website I purchased my parcel off required me to reuse the existing box. He then told me I should come during the week and when I explained that is not possible because of my work he told me 'that's not my problem'. I then gave him another parcel and he told me 'I won't take that', before I could even show him my QR code. He was rude. He was inconsiderate. He did not care about the customer. Do not visit this store.
