Worst customer service at Kenyon Street post office. This is not a one off - it has happened many times. They are definitely not in the market to service their clients.
Go to Fulham Road Post Office (across from Kanari). They provide service with a smile and want to help and service you.

Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience at the Kenyon Street Post Office. I was trying to deposit a business payment, and it was clear the staff had no idea how to assist me. On top of that, another member of staff was quite cold and started speaking in Hindi to a colleague right in front of me, which I found very rude. They then started making excuses as to why they couldn’t handle my transaction. Overall, it was not a good experience
