- ZZZJun 3, 20261.0We didn’t have a nice customer service experience today, this is directed at Ryman employee not post office guys who were lovely, gentlemen who served us his manner was very ‘I don’t want to be here’ very rude, told us to go away and come back when there were more staff to help us, said he sent his colleague on break when I had heard him say to her can you make me a cup of tea. He couldn’t be bothered to scan many pages for us was the gist of it. As when we came back later, we were served by a lovely lady who did it for us no problem. The gentleman was walking around with a bad attitude chucking stuff in boxes, we get that you don’t want to be there but don’t have this attitude and be rude to everyone and not smile when people need things, the way he was helping people his attitude was so bad. It’s a friendly store always has been , never seen this gentleman before working for rymans but he needs an attitude adjustment asap ! Kensington is a friendly place, time to get with the programme!
