- RGR GJul 13, 20261.0Royal Mail is an absolute disgrace. They repeatedly claim to have attempted deliveries when, in my experience, no genuine delivery attempt was ever made. Their phone lines are useless, contacting anyone is practically impossible, and their customer service is shockingly incompetent. This company has caused me enormous financial losses, endless inconvenience and an unacceptable amount of stress. Every single time Royal Mail is involved, it becomes synonymous with delays, problems, excuses and complete disregard for the customer. The level of negligence and disrespect is appalling. A company that operates this badly should not be allowed to continue providing such an essential service. Royal Mail is unreliable, unprofessional and an utter embarrassment. I am beyond furious. This is not an isolated incident. It is a repeated pattern of failure, and I am sick of paying the price for their incompetence.
