Usually he is tolerable but once I used this office to send in my passport forms and I told the guy behind the desk what I wanted to do, and he gave me the wrong thing to do (compared to what I asked), and the opposite of what you want to do when sending in passport forms and I made it clear what I wanted to and he still directed me to do what I realise now was the wrong thing and as a result, my passport renewal submission was entirely wrong, I paid the wrong amount, put too many forms in my envelope etc and its been 10 weeks and I do not have a passport and have been unable to travel. If you need to send anything important, do not do it here that’s for sure! Based off reviews, many people have had issues with the same guy (elderly-ish? with glasses) and also this place is understaffed so be prepared for the long queues (I’ve been in one for over an hour and there were only ten people in the line, the service was just really slow)
