Eventually handed over my letter and was then told to take it over to another staff member walking the floor. She was busy, waited another 10 mins to simply hand her the letter. Then wanted to collect a missed delivery. Same again, disappeared for 15 mins before helping me. Everyone queuing making comments and fed up of the poor service. Will avoid this place whoever possible.
