1 star is generous.
By far the worst Post Office branch I have ever used. Their printing machine failed, printed my documents incorrectly, and I was still forced to pay for pages I couldn’t use. Not a single member of staff showed any interest in helping or taking responsibility.
The customer service is consistently awful. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and seem annoyed whenever you ask them to do their job. I’ve even been told a parcel wasn’t there before, only for it to magically appear after they checked properly.
If you value your time, money, or patience, go somewhere else.

Refused my Armazon return. Bring my Armazon parcels there. They not only asked me to buy a tape to seal the already closed box better, they also refused to take the item saying the box is too big, only it's Armazon's original package. If there is a volume limitation, why don't Armazon calculate this before making me travel all the way there.

As a local resident, I have been going here for years. Whether I’m sending parcels, picking up deliveries or arranging returns, it is always a polite, helpful and efficient service.
