- AAAnastasia AnaMay 29, 20261.0Extremely poor service. I visited twice to return an Amazon parcel and was told both times that there was “no space” to accept it. I could clearly see that parcels were still being stored and processed. It felt like staff simply did not want to deal with the return. A complete waste of two journeys and very disappointing customer service. If the branch is unable or unwilling to provide basic parcel services, perhaps it should reconsider offering them at all.

I told him that I was there to pick up a parcel, but when other customers arrived to make purchases, he asked me to wait and served them first before returning to me. The parcels were disorganised and scattered everywhere and many on the floor. He spent a long time searching for my package, even though it had arrived the day before. Eventually, another (a bit younger) staff member came over and was able to find my parcel. Would not recommend.
