- OGOscar GulaJul 6, 20261.0Returned countless items here and this time the lady behind the counter tells me she can’t accept it coz it’s not “sealed properly” despite it being in its original packaging. I ask her if she can add tape around herself which she clearly has next to her and tells me i can buy some if i want and to come back another time, rude and terrible, went to the post office across hendon central station and they accepted the package the way it was no questions asked, will be going there from now on
- AAAnastasia AnaMay 29, 20261.0Extremely poor service. I visited twice to return an Amazon parcel and was told both times that there was “no space” to accept it. I could clearly see that parcels were still being stored and processed. It felt like staff simply did not want to deal with the return. A complete waste of two journeys and very disappointing customer service. If the branch is unable or unwilling to provide basic parcel services, perhaps it should reconsider offering them at all.

The service is extremely slow without fail even if there is no queue the staff just ignore you and continue doing other tasks like counting money or answering the phone until they want to serve you. If there is a queue of more than two people you can expect to wait 30+ minutes. The stock and parcels are just left all over the floor. I don’t think it is malicious I think they are just old and unbothered. They seem to know locals and are sometimes friendly. At least I have never had an issue with my packages being sent so they do get delivered successfully from here.

The post office man is serving a woman on my arrival and half way through decides to serve the man who just pushed infront of me. He goes back to serving the woman and half way through stops again to serve this same man some cigarettes. So not only has this woman been waiting god knows how long, by this point I have been there 10 minutes whilst this man does absolutely nothing but faff around. Serve one customer at a time, stick to one queue, when the shop queue appears, bloody call your colleague - its a small shop!!! I ended up walking out by the pure disrespect, lack of efficiency and customer service. I am now running late for work and still have my parcels with me, not impressed. Zero stars if I could.
