- OGOscar GulaJul 6, 20261.0Returned countless items here and this time the lady behind the counter tells me she can’t accept it coz it’s not “sealed properly” despite it being in its original packaging. I ask her if she can add tape around herself which she clearly has next to her and tells me i can buy some if i want and to come back another time, rude and terrible, went to the post office across hendon central station and they accepted the package the way it was no questions asked, will be going there from now on

I could clearly see that parcels were still being stored and processed. It felt like staff simply did not want to deal with the return. A complete waste of two journeys and very disappointing customer service. If the branch is unable or unwilling to provide basic parcel services, perhaps it should reconsider offering them at all.
