Amazing service, Petya was very helpful and kind. They do all Royal Mail, Evri and DPD, extremely convenient if you’re looking to ship multiple parcels with different services.

Wasted journey and poor service.
I took a parcel to this Evri drop-off location that was well within Evri’s published large parcel size limits. The parcel measured 68.2cm × 40.5cm × 44.5cm, which gives a combined length and girth of approximately 238cm — below Evri’s stated maximum of 245cm.
Despite this, staff refused to accept the parcel, claiming it was too large. No attempt was made to verify the dimensions against Evri’s own guidelines, and I was simply turned away after making a special trip.
If this location is unable or unwilling to accept parcels that comply with Evri’s published limits, that should be clearly communicated before customers waste their time bringing them in.
Very frustrating experience and not what you’d expect from an authorised Evri drop-off point.
