He tried to force my Amazon return into an envelope that was clearly too small, then told me it couldn’t be sent and that I would have to cancel the return and send it via Royal Mail instead. That was simply not true. I went to another Post Office and they processed the exact same Amazon return without any issues. Poor customer service and no willingness to help. I won’t be returning to this branch.

Apart from him, I've generally been happy with this branch over the years. However, an older man is working behind the counter who is consistently rude, unhelpful, and lacking basic manners. Every interaction with him is unpleasant. Instead of helping customers, he seems annoyed whenever someone asks for assistance, and collecting a parcel often turns into an unnecessary hassle. It's a shame that one person's behaviour has such a negative impact on an otherwise good post office. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it has been happening repeatedly.
