Unfortunately, this is my local Post Office. There are never enough staff at the counters. And when there are, they intermittently close and go away, and there will be a queue going out towards the door. I know they have other duties to do, but it seems that customers come last in terms of them trying to do those duties when they are not busy.

I totally empathise with the reviews here. I've never experienced such indifferent, belligerent, rude customer service ever. They didn't want to help, in fact they took pleasure in the fact that they couldn't. It doesn't have to be this hard. Life doesn't have to be this hard! The post office should give basic social skills to their staff training, if there is any. The staff were miss informed too, I can use Easy ID to collect a package, they just disregarded it and myself. Should I make a formal complaint? Or is this just the state of affairs now, and just be prepared to be numb every time I go into a post office. Maybe it's just this one and there's hope for humanity left.

One of the worst post office experiences. A staff member was on her phone and, when I approached, rudely said, “One second, I’m still busy.” Terrible customer service.

Here they communicate with their chin and their hands or with weird sounds and they expect you to understand...For instance, instance of asking you to put the parcel on the scare, the woman will look at you and wait, then when you ask if everything is alright, she will show the scale with her chin. Then, if you don't understand this chin language, she will finally open her mouth to say: "parcel on the scale" with an annoyed tone and a sound I cannot describe. Voilà that's the type of behaviour you will be receiving here...
