You can’t really be a travel money post office if you only stock usd and euro, shocking as even M&S stock a number of currencies. Very disappointing from a post office and they should not be branding themselves as somewhere to get travel money or money conversion like that.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this branch today. While I was there to deposit money, the staff member insisted on making intrusive comments about my personal belongings. Even when I tried to steer the conversation away by saying I didn't hear them, he continued to pry.
It is completely unprofessional for staff to comment on a customer's private items or personal life. A post office should provide a professional environment focused on the service at hand, not personal judgment. This kind of behavior is a major breach of privacy and common courtesy. I hope management addresses this with their staff to ensure a more respectful experience for everyone.

This is my local post office but whenever I go and rohini is working I know she will do everything in her power not to help. She doesn’t greet you and will find fault and make up things to not send a parcel even though everything is in order. Today she refused to send a parcel with a invalid excuse. I went to the next post office with the same parcel and it was send straight away.
Even the person in front of me was refused. All the other workers are friendly and helpful but this was not the first time and it’s now becoming too obvious.

Don't waste your time here. This post office is fundamentally dysfunctional and hostile. I have visited regularly, and not once have I had a positive experience. Regardless of the time of day, expect a minimum 15+ minute wait, assuming their systems aren’t already down.
The staff is genuinely always rude. The absolute breaking point: I arrived with a fully prepared, larger parcel ready to ship, only to be told: "You can't come in here and expect us to ship it." A Post Office telling a customer they can't ship a package. Clearly, there is other ways to communicate the parcel is too big- but as always, the workers there choose to be rude. This didn't only happen to me - I see this happen regularly while waiting in the queue.
The self-service machines have been out of order for the longest time. Always workers behind the counter with only one or two windows opened. It used to be quick and easy - with one worker on the floor to help with inquiries. I do not want to go back to the service they provide now. I don't ever even write reviews..
Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
