The service at High Street North post office is pathetic. There is only one person who is attending all the customers. It takes a long time in queue. There should be more employees to attend the customers.

Note: If this review sounds harsh, read other reviews and visit once yourself. You will understand immediately.
The owner behaves with shocking arrogance and zero basic respect for customers. From the moment you interact with him, it’s clear he has no idea how to speak professionally or treat people with even minimum decency. The attitude is rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile, as if customers are beneath him.
There is also a partner who blindly supports this behavior instead of correcting it, which makes the entire place feel even more unprofessional and unpleasant. A business reflects the mindset of the people running it — and here that mindset is filled with ego, ignorance, and complete disregard for customers.
Shops like this ruin the reputation of honest businesses around them. It’s no surprise that many nearby shopkeepers have nothing good to say about this place. Respect is earned through conduct, and the conduct here is an absolute failure.
If you value your self-respect, avoid this shop completely. There are far better places run by people who understand humility and basic manners. Running a shop without knowing how to behave with customers is not just embarrassing — it’s a complete disgrace to the idea of customer service.
Businesses built purely on arrogance and disrespect eventually collapse under their own behavior. This place seems determined to reach that outcome. Wastard
