I am writing this review to highlight an alarming incident that occurred at this post office branch on 21/08/2026 My sister visited this location to mail a package and was publicly and falsely accused of theft by a staff member.
She was treated with zero respect, humiliated in front of other customers, and provided no apology when it became clear the accusation was completely unfounded. Throwing groundless allegations at customers is entirely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and basic customer service standards.
Management needs to address staff conduct at this location immediately. I strongly advise others to exercise caution or use a different branch until proper customer service standards are enforced.

The staff here are really helpful, understanding, and friendly despite working in a very busy environment often with rude customers. There can be a long queue but that is not the fault of the staff.

Great post office. Like all post office counters they have their busy times but always get dealt with appropriately like when advising on type of postage.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
