Someone with his attitude should not be working in customer service if he doesn't know how to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. The experience was extremely disappointing, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

My daughter works until 5 PM, exactly the same time the post office closes, which makes it impossible for her to collect her parcel in person. Because of this, she asked me to pick it up on her behalf and sent me the official reference number directly from her personal email. Despite providing the correct reference number, I was refused the parcel because I did not have her ID with me. This makes no sense in today’s world, where all official communication is handled via email and reference numbers are meant to confirm identity and ownership. Expecting people to carry someone else’s ID at all times is completely unrealistic. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no attempt to offer a reasonable solution. This process is outdated, inconvenient, and very unfriendly to working people. Customers should not be treated this way for simply trying to collect their own parcels.
