And younger one around early to mid 40s I’m waiting in line there’s no one in front of me so I make like 1-2 steps forward this stuff looks me down and with really rude condescending tone “uhh I didn’t call you” you need to respect your customers what is this
- RRRazer RezamandAug 22, 20261.0I visited the branch to collect my parcel on Friday,21 August,at 11:30 a.m.However,the branch was closed despite the advertised opening hours being 9:00 a.m.to 5:30 p.m.I returned at approximately 2:30 p.m.,but it was still closed. I have now returned on Saturday,22 August,at 11:00 a.m.,and the branch is closed again despite saying open at 10am closes at 14:00. This is extremely unprofessional and should be reported to the Post Office’s central customer service team.People rely on this branch to collect important parcels,and it should only operate as a Post Office branch if it can provide a reliable service during its advertised opening hours. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Post Office regarding this matter.
