Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and the service was very poor. They refused to give me my parcel because they were on a break. However, there was a staff member present who still refused to help me or hand over my parcel. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

This place needs an inspection. The staff is rude, grumpy, angry, and disrespectful when talking to customers. The establishment is unhelpful and disorganized; because they are so inefficient when serving, the business either needs to be shut down or put under completely new management.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Post Office branch, and unfortunately today’s visit was no exception.
I came in to return an Amazon package, expecting a straightforward process, but the staff member handling our return was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. He opened our parcel in front of us without explanation and, in a dismissive tone, told us to take the “rubbish” away. The way this was communicated felt disrespectful and completely lacking in basic customer service.
This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor attitude at this branch — it’s now happened two or three times — which makes it even more disappointing. Customers should be treated with courtesy and given clear, polite instructions, especially when it comes to standard services like returns.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure staff customers in a more respectful and professional manner in the future.Never again visit this branch
