- NMNatiele Matos4 days ago1.0I would like to make a complaint about the service at your branch. On the day in question, I arrived at the branch at 2:40 pm. According to the information on your website, the branch closes at 3:00 pm. However, when I arrived, the doors were already locked and the shutter was almost completely down. No one was standing at the entrance to provide information or assist customers. This is the second time this has happened to me. I find it very frustrating to travel to the branch within the advertised opening hours and then be unable to enter or receive service. In addition, on previous occasions, I found the staff’s attitude unhelpful and rude. If the branch is advertised as closing at 3:00 pm, customers should be allowed to enter and receive assistance until that time, or at the very least be given clear information about any change in operating hours. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem. Thank you for your attention.

I visited Hendon Central Post Office on 21 August and, while finishing the address on an envelope, a staff member started shouting at me to move away from the counter and swore at me in front of around ten customers. I said there was no need to be rude, but he continued shouting and arguing. I was left visibly shaken and humiliated. When I asked his name, he said it was Sean and added, “I’m the boss.” Being busy is no excuse for shouting and swearing at a paying customer. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have raised a formal complaint with Post Office.
