Have had mostly decent service here picking up and returning stuff, but I went to return something around 19:00-19:30 and it was closed already, despite opening times saying they close at 20:00, very annoying and unprofessional. Had to go back on myself to go the one on Bartholomew street just off new kent road and next time I’ll just go straight there or will only bother with this shop in the morning.

Local family run post office, staff has always been nice and helpful! Hours can be a bit hit and miss but it’s open generally for much longer than most post offices so I appreciate their hard work :)
