I was told a different price than what he told me due to this not being my first time coming here ! Very disgusted and they seem to be pushing the more expensive prices on customers ! More needs to be done regarding better service !!!!

The first time, I arrived on a small scooter. The Turkish woman insisted I leave it outside before she would deal with me. I explained that I didn't have a key and that leaving my scooter outside would risk theft, which was really unsafe. She said it was my problem and that if I didn't leave my scooter outside, she wouldn't accept my mail! Why would they treat me like that? I had to go to the post office at E8, which was small but very friendly. The second time I went to exchange coins, I encountered the same woman again, and she said they didn't exchange coins there and mocked me. I will never go back. I recommend that if possible, you go to 244 Dalston, LN. It's friendlier and the staff there are more polite.

I posted a very small envelope that could easy fit in a small letter box only to relies when I got home that I was charged for a large signed for delivery ( every penny/pounds counts right) the man is a thief it's just that simple. I WILL NEVER USE THAT POST OFFICE AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. IT WAS THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER
