This review is not even worthy of 1*. I often use this PO to collect and drop off Evri parcels and visit in the afternoons due to my work pattern. There is one particular man working there who is Asian, medium build, 20's who is so rude l had to make an official complaint to PO customer care. His behaviour is totally unacceptable. At first l thought he was just having a 'bad day' but its every single time l go in there!!! the last visit was the last straw. Slamming down parcels in a huff then deliberately speaking in his native language ' only knows what he was saying' l have received broken packages from this place but couldn't prove it was because of his actions. My advice is to stay clear of this place there is no customer service at all!!! or be brave and tell them exactly what you think!!! ....something l wish I had done myself.

Really poor customer service. I never know what kind of experience I’m going to get when visiting this Post Office, but unfortunately it is usually negative. The staff often come across as rude and unhelpful, and simple requests feel like they are treated as an inconvenience. On one visit, I watched a member of staff argue with a lady who was posting a letter after she questioned the difference in price, as she had posted the same item the previous week for a different amount. Rather than calmly explaining or checking, the situation was handled poorly and she was left visibly upset. I later checked the Royal Mail prices myself and she had been correct. It feels like customers are treated as a problem rather than being helped. Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only person who has experienced this. A Post Office should be a place where people feel they can ask questions and get support. Sadly, this branch really needs to improve its customer service.
