Their device for handling Amazon returns has been broken for several weeks now, and their Evri device is now also not functioning. They don't have any notices up on their doors about this - so frequently, you're queuing for 10 minutes or more just to find out you can't even do what you came there to do - and they refuse to answer when asked if they are doing anything to resolve the issue. They are still listed with both Amazon and Evri as a viable return location, so they aren't even bothering to tell these delivery companies that they are out of action. Very disappointing service. Save yourself the time, go elsewhere.
