- RCRob CSep 15, 20261.0Asked for a tracked service for a normal letter with no signature. Chap put on a Signed For sticker and told me the price. I pointed out I hadn’t asked for a signature, he disputed this but cancelled the transaction. He then did a new transaction for tracked only, then told me it would cost more than the original recorded! Because “that’s what you asked for sir” Well you taught me a lesson, and I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere from now on. Great job 👍 Update: I checked my receipt when I got home, they charged me Tracked 48 for a Large Letter, which it was most certainly not - it was just a cheque in a standard small envelope. I know the difference, and so do they. I’ve now read the trail of negative comments left here by other customers. I suggest you do too, and avoid.

I went knowing what I wanted and asked for that, then the staff member asked which one and I thought they were up selling me because that happens too much in that post office so I replied that I already said. He then decided to not explain that there was an extra option which I was not aware of but just picked the most expensive option. I didn't need the added speed as I planned in advance so I paid extra unnecessary. When I questioned the cost he said that is what it cost. I also found out later that it would have been slightly cheaper on any option online so I will buy online as much as I can and avoid this sort of thing. Next time if there is one I will double check what they have picked before I pay for it.
- DMDavid MansellAug 15, 20261.0They used to be pretty good, and pretty convenient, but the quality of service has gone down hill significantly lately. Their device for handling Amazon returns has been broken for several weeks now, and their Evri device is now also not functioning. They don't have any notices up on their doors about this - so frequently, you're queuing for 10 minutes or more just to find out you can't even do what you came there to do - and they refuse to answer when asked if they are doing anything to resolve the issue. They are still listed with both Amazon and Evri as a viable return location, so they aren't even bothering to tell these delivery companies that they are out of action. Very disappointing service. Save yourself the time, go elsewhere.
