Try to avoid busy times as queues form when people are underprepared for their interaction and staff get stuck with problems or bulk of work. Mostly quick when I visit and staff are efficient and friendly.

While the mail man is still collecting the parcels, I was asking for the favour to let it go today. She refused to let it go and also didn’t let me take back the parcel. At least telling the customer up front!!!
