Seems staff get to pick and choose what service they provide and when they are happy to do them. I was told today Post Office counter is open from 7am until 7pm and not the hours they themselves state. Parcelforce left my parcel here rather than deliver it to my home which is what I paid for, ombudsman should take away there license. As a disabled person at least treat me like a human being!
