I went to collect two parcels that the app clearly showed as delivered to this branch but the staff member insisted they weren’t there and sent me to another location. I travelled there, waited for it to reopen, only to be told the parcels were actually at the first branch all along. After rushing back, I was again told they weren’t there even after showing a delivery photo of their counter with parcel, and was asked to leave. I eventually found both parcels myself in their handwritten old school tracking records after the staff member failed to check properly. Instead of apologising, she continued blaming me despite having my correct name and tracking numbers the whole time.
