  Royal mail had delivered and sent a proof of delivery picture but the man was rude and abrupt and said he didn't have my parcel. Not worth having the post office there for this type of service.

  I don't know why this guy works in customer service when he's clearly not suited for it. Rude and with attitude for no reason. Do not give them custom, not worth it. Go up Upper Tooting Road, it's also an off licence with post office but the staff is much more helpful.

  Called in there today and left fuming....Incase sending a card to Ireland which I know is more expensive and was told to ineeded to weigh it so happily did so.. Then I asked if I could have 9 2nd class stamps and he said needed to weigh them. I explained that they were all to UK so need to be weighed where he then held up his hand to stop me talking. Was asked again to put the cards on the scales. I asked him for the stamps for the card while he was getting the 2nd class stamps. Again I was showed the hand... that was enough for me. Told him to forget it that he seriously needed to change his attitude where I was told I was nuts and he kept pointing to his head saying your mad... I won't be spoken to that way and I lost my temper and sadly let myself down and swore at him . My brother was outside the shop asked what happened and he said I stopped going in there because he is so rude and many of the locals will not shop there as he has no respect for anyone. He never greets anyone and everythinis an effort..... Definitely won't be going in there again and wouldn't encourage anyone else.( only went in as visiting my brother )I went to Mitcham lane new post office (which round the corner to me) and was greeted with a smile and asked how was I etc.... THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE...

  This is a 'conveniece' store with a post office type thing inside, not a proper post office. Listed as open until 6pm on the post office website and on google, turned up at 5.15pm. Before I even opened my mouth the man at the cash desk barked 'post office closed' in the most friendly way he probably knows how. No explanation, could have told me it had closed early or when it will be open again, nope. Imagine they get a cut of any post office business, but it won't be from my business. Should have gone to the real one down the high street. Clearly my own fault. You would think that to be part of the Post Office there would be a certain standard to uphold. Apparently not.
