  Mediocre at best, the lack of attitude and confontational behaviour. Only saving grace is that the place is clean, well stocked and accept cards over £1. However go to the post offices on Gatton Road, opposite the market or the other ones located on Trinity Road and Amen corner.

  Poor customer service! Closes at 5pm instead of 6pm as advertised. Asked the chap a simple question about whether Parcel Force had already made their evening collection. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. Not helpful at all! Couple with Parcelforce incompetence

  DO NOT have your parcels delivered here. They are unreliable and so incredibly rude. I thought it was just me but on reading the reviews i see this is just how they treat people. I would have given them zero stars. Their advertised opening hours are not as stated. I received notifications about constant failed attempts to deliver my package and then when it was finally delivered I went in to collect my parcel 3 hours before closing and was rudely told that i should have arrived earlier and to come back on Monday. They dismiss you when you try and get an understanding as to why their advertised opening hours are different and chop and change hours to suit them. I will not be buying anything from their counter again and i certainly will not have anything delivered there. There’s a collection place closer to the station that i strongly advise you deliver to if you want a service that is trustworthy, reliable and will treat you with common decency. Avoid this shop/post office at all costs.

  Closed before stated time, which said it was confirmed by phone a week ago! Very annoying.
