Used to be my local post office, and I can say I’ve spent so much money on delivering parcels as a business owner, very very dissapointed and dissatisfied that I paid all that money, for NONE of my parcels to make it to the address, and the fact that I went back and the guy in the glasses was very very rude and has a really big ego, I explained the situation and he acted clueless and tried making it seem like it was my fault, not to mention they didn’t take accountability of parcels worth around £200. And expected me to deal with it, and I’m not the only person to go through this. Make sure if you are sending things DO NOT COME HERE!! And later on, my mum had went to ask about transferring money, he was still very very rude behaviour, it’s disgusting, no good customer service at all, HE SHOULD HE FIRED!!! Also, this one time I was 3 pence short, the same guy told me to go home and go back to get the 3 pence??? My friends also tell me he will not not accept the money, even if it is one penny short which is very stingy and he talks to people in a very rude way. He needs proper training, find him another job asap or tell him to be polite to customers and actually take accountability of the parcels. Because of this I am forced to travel far to send my parcels out and this is very annoying, what is the point of a post office might aswell close this one down.
