- TMTed Moreau5 days ago2.0Post office staff were terse and unhelpful. Shop itself is poorly maintained with little labelling for stationery prices and manages to be as warm as the tube despite it being October. Go elsewhere

The post office themselves - Finsbury Park Post Office - sold me an inferior product also. I asked them the absolute best safest delivery for my document. Later, when completely stressed I tried to understand more about their service, I realised there's a better service. I'm not happy. I should have known: When someone tries to send me something with royal mail, and I'm not home, then it's also always total misery. What was I thinking? I'll use some other service next time

- CCCamSep 30, 20261.0Do not get a parcel sent here, all respect to the staff who are clearly overworked because not enough people are on the tills and get shouted at for the bad queueing system. The queueing system makes no sense and there is not good communication which wastes a lot of time. After waiting 40 minutes I was told I had to join a different queue, I then had to get to the back of all over again in this new one, by the time I got to the front other customers were getting angry and almost cut infront of me from running out of patience themselves. I work 3 jobs, I do not have time for an hour of queueing on my one day off. Please work on a better system for both your employees and your customers.
