The young female staff member of South Asian descent at the counter had an appalling attitude. She didn't say a single word to me the entire time. When I walked up, she just lifted her chin dismissively instead of greeting me. After scanning my QR code, she snatched my parcel away impatiently. When I politely asked twice to confirm if the return was done or if I needed a receipt, she completely ignored me, refused to make eye contact, and literally rolled her eyes and smirked. I’ve never experienced such condescending and disrespectful service. Avoid this place if you can, or avoid her counter at all costs. Absolute joke of customer service.
