Absolutely vile, unprofessional service from an Indian female clerk named ‘Sanam’ (she did not show any proof of her identity).
I came for an Enhanced DBS check for my university degree. Despite bringing my original birth certificate AND legal Deed Poll to link my names, Sanam flatly refused to look at the paperwork, falsely claiming she’d be "committing a crime" to process it.
When I calmly returned for my second visit after checking the official Gov.uk DBS guidelines on my phone to double-check my facts. The official guidelines proved that I was 100% in the right and that the documents I brought were completely correct.
‘Sanam’ became extremely aggressive, yelled at me, and claimed she was the supervisor before ordering me to leave. She treated white customers with extreme warmth, but treated me like a nuisance, forgot all her manners. I am on crutches and paid for an Uber specifically to use this branch to avoid long queues. When I challenged her, she aggressively yelled at me to just go to another branch—completely ignoring the fact that I am on crutches and cannot stand on my leg for that long, especially since the other branch is far busier. Horrific, hostile service with zero regard for accessibility or mental health.
The shop is in total disarray, completely disorganized, messy, and the floor is dirty. ‘Sanam’ was running around doing random jobs while her and only one guy kept confusingly redirecting people to different stations. When I politely pointed this out as a paying customer trying to give feedback, she snapped back and said 'that's none of your concern.'" Don’t believe the reviews, there always seems to be a long line.
Avoid for your own sake, you’ll lose minutes of your life and your brain cells.

Although I was the only customer at that moment the Post Office assistant was reluctant to help me to reset the Travel Money app.
He suggested that I should phone for help. I just need to identifyvthe UK Post Office official site, amongst MANY app icons that appeared on my screen.
Eventually a new customer arrived who offered to help.
Only then I got assistance from the man behind the counter. Also, I had topped up my account by £ 500. which wasn't credited to my card. To which he said that it would eventually appear as a credit and IF NOT I had to phone the card's phone.
