- TBTony BakerJul 17, 20261.0Post office counter service, totally lacking any social or customer service skills. Verging on being ignorant. It doesn't take much to smile or say a few words! Best avoided and go somewhere more pleasant. What a difference a change of personel can make. Thurs 23rd July 26 young lady behind post office counter friendly, pleasant and helpful. Hope her example is followed by the others.
- RSRebecca SJul 10, 20261.0It’s a shame you have to give one star because if I could, I’d give none. Ironically it’s the woman who was pictured by another reviewer - totally rude staff. Maybe she should spend less time on her phone and more time learning some basic manners. I’ll start her off with a few - “hello” “how can I help” “please” “thank you”. Next time, I’ll travel a further distance just to avoid having to deal with her.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I am coming from woolwich here as is more easy and quicker than any other post office. And the girls from this post office are always smiling and they help and explains everything in any way you need to understand. 5stars and more for those girls!! Thank you ladies!
- MJMarty JuchnevicDec 5, 20161.0Today, I was terribly accused by a lady behind the cashier, that I was swearing at her the day before (on Sunday). First thing, I was away on Sunday and I never ever swear in public! I was actually talking to a man as I was looking to collect my parcel and it was still not there. I was looking for it on Friday for the first time. It was a lady then and she told me to come later. There were three persons today serving people and when my turn came up, one of the serving ladies started accusing me! And they all together said that, the company (HERMES) about to deliver my parcel is not even dealing with them! So they sent me across the road to ask for my parcel in another place. I felt so disgusted and I think, such behaviour should be stopped. I will never use that place again. Later that day, I've got a message, that they however collected my parcel!
