Avoid at all costs. Queues are 25 minutes + at any time. Pretty dirty and an all round depressing experience. Sent a complaint and learned ‘Post Office branches are franchised, meaning staffing and resources are managed locally by the postmaster or operator.’ Therefore, an improvement is unlikely.
