It is critical that we have a post office, so long may it avoid closure, but this could be so much better. Always long queues, dirty and chaotic. Staff are grumpy at best.

My first ever negative review. Long queues are one thing but the constant allowance of queue skipping is another.
Usually go out of my way to go somewhere else.
Had mixed experience with the staff, most are ok.

I had a very positive experience at Darshana Post Office. One of the staff members who assisted me was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She even took the time to help look for my parcel despite me not having a QR code, which I really appreciated. Her kindness and excellent customer service made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Thank you again for all your help!
