- A[*Sep 27, 20261.0I wish there was a zero stars option. Be aware even if you choose this location to return Amazon parcels, this branch will not accept them. You'd be hard pressed to find a less well managed Post Office branch.

Come bank tomorrow” I therefore went back the day after and again waited, this time 15 mins. Reached the desk and was told “Amazon counter is not working. Come bank tomorrow”. I explained what I had been told and he said “it was open in the morning but now it’s closed. Only open in the morning”. Wouldn’t it Have been, Wonderful if the first person had given me that information?!!

Many times you queue up for 30 minutes or more only to find out at the till that something is not working and they cannot provide the service. Can’t be bothered to put up a notice. Also, as many have complained, many times there’s only 1 person serving although there can be 3 staff on site.
