- PBPiyamat bowerJun 10, 20261.0The service was terrible; he were annoyed just for asking a question. He even argued with another customer simply because they weren't able to open a passport to their liking. I think people who have used their services can probably guess who it is.

I had to go to a main branch, so went today as advised by google AI: midweek, around 10:45 (after morning rush before lunchtime rush). I only had a couple of minutes' wait and no queue at all when I left. I was seen to by Mina, the manageress who was polite, kind and very helpful. However, she was unable to advise on a quiet time to come to the post office as it varies enormously. Mondays are generally busy, but they had a really quiet one a few weeks back. She said I was lucky, that said avoiding first thing, after work and lunchtimes is probably sensible unless you are prepared to queue.

Whoever is responsible for running this place shame on you! The ques are horrendous everytime! I'm feeling extremely sorry for the only lovely lady that's working there as she gets all the abuse from frustrated people:( It's embarrassing for Ealing Council not to take action and improve the situation
