- YYYacinSep 14, 20261.0Incredibly rude agent, refused me service because under 18s apparently aren’t allowed to collect parcels, because it’s “against the law” after I showed her on the website where it says that under 18s are allowed to collect parcels, she didn’t realise the error in her ways and apologise, but instead started being rude saying things like “Do you work here?” And lying saying I can be taken to court for collecting a computer mouse? If you want to actually get your item choose a different post office. Update after owner response: You told me you could take me to court for attempting to pick up a package, I came in asking to collect my package, politely showed you your own website where it says under 18s are allowed to collect packages, and I only matched your level of attitude after your response to me. If you show me the law that states under 18s are not allowed to collect parcels, I will apologise and return with an adult, and as for the id, an evri email I received stated that I either needed an id OR a qr code, which is what I had, and is also what you refused to scan

I’m a regular customer and always choose this branch over others in my area. The new management is fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!
