Can’t give no stars so 1 star.
Booked next day deliveries from multiple companies, all the deliveries handled by Royal Mail arrived on time today, None of the DPD parcels arrived as the driver went to the wrong building as shown in the picture he (Sangat) sent himself my door number is 51 he was at 26-28 nor did he call, after going back and forth on the chat line I finally got a lady to call me and I was promised the driver will call me back to bring back the parcels…. Hours later with no call or contact I got back on the chat only to be told it can’t be as the parcels have been returned to the depo, it’s 3:45pm and even tho DPD are still making deliveries my parcels somehow can’t be delivered, I asked to go and get them myself but apparently that’s no longer possible.
Only solution given is to stay home tomorrow, I booked next day delivery and paid extra and was told to contact the company I shopped at to ask for a refund on the next day delivery bearing in mind it’s DPDs mistake….. I’m told I’ll need to basically reschedule my day tomorrow because the driver went to the wrong place. Never been soo angry with a delivery company and the treatment and shoddy chat system.

I cannot fault the service I received from Zainab. The list of DHL prohibited items was so long and confusing that I was worried that I may have added something that was prohibited. Zainab went through the list of items I had entered online and edited them to make sure that the descriptions were as required. She also advised me to remove an item from my parcel as it was considered to be liquid.
There were some problems with the shop's broadband connection dropping out, which was being sorted out with the provider while I there, so if you need to send a parcel around the time of this review, you may want to phone the shop to check that your parcel can be processed with ease. I had to wait a while but I didn't mind.
It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend the shop.
