- ICIlaria Dal Cortivo3 days ago1.0I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accessibility and the dismissive attitude of the staff at this branch. There is no step-free access, and the assistance bell outside is broken. When I asked for help with my double buggy, the staff member who assisted me told me he would "only help this time" and wouldn’t do so if they were busy. When I asked how a wheelchair user is expected to access the building, he literally laughed in my face and said he didn't know. I later raised this kindly with another employee (who appeared to be the branch manager) to explain that making customers feel uncomfortable for requiring basic access is unfair to parents, wheelchair users, and anyone with mobility needs. He completely dismissed the issue, stating "it’s always been like this" and gave no indication that he cared or would take action to fix the broken bell. In this day and age, denying equal access and treating customers with such contempt is unacceptable. The management needs to fix the assistance bell immediately and train their staff on basic empathy and legal accessibility standards.
