- SJStephanie JJun 20, 20261.0Spent 15mn in 30 degree heat in the queue to collect a parcel in my husband’s name. The email from Parcel Force clearly says you can still collect the parcel without the addressee’s ID, provided you have the Parcel force email as well as your own photo ID with the same address as the recipient - I had both yet the man at the counter categorically refused to hand me the parcel, saying I need my husband’s ID. When I explained the email clearly states that’s not the case, he continued to refuse. Now my husband needs to waste time at the weekend to collect the parcel thereby also ruining the surprise of a present from our daughter. This is pure incompetence! Needless to say I shall never use this branch again.

In fact, three people were in, including one person sat by the door waiting for the parcel. There was no knock, no door bell, no attempted delivery. They're just liars. Delivery originated from Cricklewood.

On top of that, the service was incredibly fast and efficient. It’s rare to see such professionalism combined with genuine friendliness.

I bought a record off someone who dropped the parcel off at this post office (meant to be 24hr delivery), but tracking says it still hasn’t left the post office! This was 21 days ago!
