- BBBella BlaineMay 24, 20251.0Absolutely appalled by the service I received on May 24th at 7 PM (incase you'd like to find out the man responsible for this). I came in to send a parcel internationally and already had my packaging slip printed with the address clearly shown. The man working asked me to handwrite the address onto a separate piece of paper—despite already having it on the printed slip. Then, when I asked to borrow some tape to seal my small package, I was told I had to buy an entire roll. At a post office, this is absurd. I left, went all the way home, and taped it up myself. But here’s the part that infuriated me: when I returned, the same employee was letting another customer tape up his package—with post office tape—right in front of me. The customer even returned the tape directly to the worker. I was fuming. If there are rules, fine—apply them consistently. But being selectively unhelpful? Outrageous. To make matters worse, this employee claimed he didn’t know where my parcel was supposed to go, despite having the full address in front of him. I found it myself using a simple internet search. What excuse does a postal worker have for not being able to do the same? Thankfully, a lady at the counter eventually helped me and was the only redeeming part of the experience. As for the man who served me originally—he was unhelpful, dismissive, and inconsistent. Honestly, someone like that shouldn't be representing your service. He made the whole process unnecessarily stressful.

I have not had one encounter at this post office that was actually positive. Yes they are polite and friendly but only because pf their incompetence. Today they are out of paper 🤔🙄 to print my amazon barcode. Im done! I thought maybe I can save the next person from the headache.
