- EHEddy van Hattum4 days ago1.0I wanted to return a book bought via Amazon. This shop has two tills/windows. By mistake, I went to the one called Amazon Hub instead of the Post Office counter. Instead of giving me advise in a friendly manner, the person at the Amazon Hub was extremely rude and used words I will not repeat here. The same happened again when I joined the Post Office counter: rude and inappropriate language was used by staff to customers. Obviously I formally complained to both Amazon and the Post Office. Needless to say I will never go there again.
