- FLFlora LJun 9, 20261.0Very frustrating experience every time I visit this Royal Mail branch on Clifton Road. There always seems to be a different reason why they can’t process a parcel properly. One visit they don’t have a working printer, the next they won’t accept a shipping label shown on a phone and insist it must be printed elsewhere, even when a QR code is provided. Another time they had no tape available and expected customers to arrive with everything fully prepared. It’s difficult to understand what services are actually being offered when basic mailing requirements such as printing, scanning labels, or providing tape are frequently unavailable. On top of that, the queues are consistently very long, often stretching outside towards the bus stop, and the service is extremely slow. What should be a quick visit regularly turns into a 30-minute wait or more. The staff may be doing their best, but the branch appears under-resourced and poorly organised. Unfortunately, the experience has become frustratingly unreliable.

Very untrusted post office, I never seen my parcels, it was put down as lost! But they disappeared after being delivered here, I strongly advise anybody not to get anything dropped off here, especially from Evri, something suspicious going on here.
- RRRMay 13, 20264.0Very good post office and convenience shop! There are sometimes very longue queues here if you visit around midday to 4pm. So be prepared to wait 20 minutes and possibly behind someone who is posting 100 packages. They stay open late which is a big positive, the negative is that some of the staff are unfriendly and do not engage with you much, but that is ok and they are very efficient. You can post with Royal Mail and Evri here which is very convenient. You can also buy food and lots of other necessary and miscellaneous items.
