Customer service is awful staff are ignorant and speak in their own language about you thinking you don’t understand thanks to a friend of mine who speaks the same language and translated that they called me “ugly” Only one till open and that’s been like that for a while now. Never again.

Im sorry, but the service i got on the 13th July was the worst I had in a long time. I have told the lady that i needed this package to be delivered asap and signed for. The lady was more interested in answering on her WhatsApp messages than talking to me and every time she spoke she was yawning and checking her phone again. Really disappointed, my parcel still haven't arrived.
