Absolutely horrible and unredeemable staff. They clearly do not care. Night and day difference between the Acton branch but I sadly live closer to the Chiswick PO. Unpleasant experience everytime.

I have no issues with the staff at the service counters, but your home delivery service is a joke. Multiple times now, I have paid for 24-hour priority shipping and ended up waiting days. I wait with my phone ready, watching the door all day, only to receive a notice in the evening stating that delivery failed because 'no one was home.' This is unacceptable; I am paying a premium for a service that is not being delivered.
