- YSYusra SherifJul 1, 20261.0I wish to submit a formal complaint regarding a female employee at the North Chingford Post Office. As she does not wear a name badge, I can only describe her as the older South Asian woman who does not wear a head covering. Her behaviour is incredibly rude and persistently confrontational. She also frequently appears confused when asked simple questions. It seems highly likely that her aggressive attitude is used to mask a complete lack of confidence and competence in her role. It is baffling how someone lacking basic customer service skills continues to work in a public facing position. I urge Royal Mail to review her performance urgently. Many local residents share these exact frustrations.

Today i was waiting for the delivery from Zara and as i got the notification that its been delivered .i checked outside of my house it was not there then i checked the pic "proof of delivery" its not my house and not even this building . I looked outside the deliveryman was there but as i was on 4th floor he just nod his head that i didnit deliver and gone Still i looked in to next building hoping that maybe it been delivered to that building but even that building no one has it and the pic is different from that building also . I dont know where its been delivered . Royal mail dont have any person to talk about wrong delivery and it was 135 pound parcel .not even 15 20 pound that i just let it go I am so frustrationg and tense right now I am attaching both pictures 1 wooden floor pic is infront of my house and other picture with white door is where its been delivered . I dont know what to do now
- RFRachael Feasey-spendelowJun 11, 20265.0I visited Chingford Post Office today for a parcel return, and Jey and Mahesh were welcoming as usual, I use this post office a few times a month and both Jey & Mahesh are always there to help me out, especially when I have forgotten my glasses!!!..the service I received today was exemplary, I wouldn’t be without their assistance, quick and efficient and always topped off with a friendly chat before I leave, perfect customer care from Jey & Mahesh today, thank you.
