- SPSilvia PMay 10, 20191.0Went to send package to Europe. Went to upload tracking number from receipt when I couldn’t find it. Called post office at chaseville to ask for tracking number. Told it was ordinary post , even tho paid £8 postage - he neither asked nor checked if I wanted tracked. I thought it was. I have no idea if my package will reach destination now, as not tracked. Therefore I will lose money. Staff v rude and always chatting to each other while ignoring customers. Unprofessional, moany and have an attitude. If you don’t like your job, then leave. They are a disgrace. Avoid like the plague.
