- BSBev SmithJun 9, 20261.0I don't accept the disrespect by people in my own country, especially from people who are new to this country! Have some respect! It may be ok to talk to customers where you come from, but it ain't ok here! My parcel was very small, the man had an issue with it from the start, made me get more tape annd double tape it again, he was being deliberately picky. After I wrapped it. He then started schooling me like I'm a child, when he can't even speak English properly! He said I spoke "bad words" this was a lie, I asked him which bad words did I speak, he couldn't say. He gave me the packet back and told me to go elsewhere. Is this how you trained him to speak to your customers? I've been coming to this shop for 30 years. I'm disgusted. It's obvious he didn't like the size of my very small parcel and deliberately caused an issue not to accept it. Unbelievable. He is an ignorant trouble maker
- CRCristina RomeroJan 28, 20261.0I went to pick up a package and Mr. Patel claimed my delivery hadn’t arrived. I phoned the delivery company confirming it had been delivered. Mr Patel claimed they didn't come and told me to come back later,to check again. I called again the delivery company to scalate because I thought the package was lost. They confirmed again he had already scanned the package. When I returned and confronted him, he gave a vague excuse that yes he had the package but didn't processed it, instead of being honest, causing unnecessary stress and panic.

They lost an expensive parcel, refused to accept responsibility and illustrated their appalling organisational system. On top of this, the queue took half an hour. Do not use this branch, it should be closed or transferred to new ownership.
