It may be ok to talk to customers where you come from, but it ain't ok here! My parcel was very small, the man had an issue with it from the start, made me get more tape annd double tape it again, he was being deliberately picky. After I wrapped it. He then started schooling me like I'm a child, when he can't even speak English properly! He said I spoke "bad words" this was a lie, I asked him which bad words did I speak, he couldn't say. He gave me the packet back and told me to go elsewhere. Is this how you trained him to speak to your customers? I've been coming to this shop for 30 years. I'm disgusted. It's obvious he didn't like the size of my very small parcel and deliberately caused an issue not to accept it. Unbelievable. He is an ignorant trouble maker
