- STSimon Twin5 days ago1.0Absolutely avoid...a normal special delivery letter and the guy only took postcode and not scan the tracking barcode ,when told he said that he doesn't scan and to go to other post offices, he is clearly not competent and rude. Don't go it's a waste of time

For the entire time he was on a call on speaker, which made it really hard to understand when he was talking to me and when to his phone. I had to return some Amazon items and he was rude throughout the process, issuing commands instead of instructions. All the while, he could see I was handling a baby as well as the amazon return. Avoid this place.

There are far better corner shop options nearby, and I'd honestly recommend walking the extra 10 minutes to the post office on Clifton instead. I dreaded having to come here in the first place, as a parcel was forcibly redirected here for collection rather than my usual post office. And sure enough, it's been a terrible experience. My parcel was marked as "delivered" for collection today, but the man behind the till gave the pile of boxes a half-hearted, cursory search and then simply declared it "not there." His only suggestion was to come back in a few days or claim compensation through Royal Mail — no urgency, no real effort to find it. Now I'm left missing a high-value parcel and having to go through the hassle of contacting Royal Mail for reimbursement. What's more concerning is how parcels are handled here in general. Some are kept behind the till, but others are just left by the door, within easy reach of anyone walking out. It wouldn't surprise me at all if someone had simply picked mine up and walked off with it. A completely careless and questionable setup for something as important as people's deliveries. Would not trust this place with anything. Please avoid.

Today whilst trying to drop off 3 DPD parcels the owner screamed at me. How they are allowed to operate as agents for DPD and Royal Mail is a mystery. Avoid!!
