- MCMichele C.Mar 15, 20231.0The woman who picked up the phone at 11:30 am on the 15/3/23 was extremely rude. She put the phone down on me 2 times while I was talking asking semple question. She said she did not have my parcel without even know what's was the tracking code and refuse to listen my query. I called a third time another man picked up the phone I complained about bad customer service I have received and he put the phone down on me too. I never ever received such a terrible customer service like this. Staff was rude and incompetent.
