- JGJC GuoAug 15, 20261.0I really cannot believe that £20 could go missing while my cash was being handled by a staff member at this post office. On 14 August 2026 at around 16:00, I attempted to deposit cash. The lady behind the counter counted it on the machine and confirmed the correct amount. However, I had forgotten my physical card, so she handed the cash back to me, and I placed it in my envelope. I returned the following day with the same envelope and my card, only to discover that £20 was missing. I am extremely concerned about the integrity of the staff who was allowed to handle cash at this place and expect this matter to be properly investigated. Please be very careful and check your cash every time when it passes hands.

He noticed and kindly directed me to the front, where there was space for me to write comfortably while still waiting for my turn.
