The staff member at counter 3 refused my prepaid DPD return because it weighed over 15 kg, claiming this restriction applied to every Post Office. I couldn’t find any published rule supporting that claim. Carrying a heavy parcel there only to be turned away was frustrating. The branch needs to make its restrictions clear and ensure staff provide accurate information.

Only dislike is how the desk to use the pen is now at the front of the queue, so you can look like you're trying to cut when you just need to write the address or something. Plus queue is now in front of where you can pick out envelopes and boxes and such, so I'd imagine it is not that nice when there is a line out of the door and you can't even buy what you need. Don't understand why they had to relocate, they were a really popular branch of the post office, always busy.
